Custom orders can take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on whether I am making a custom design for you. All other orders will take 3 to 5 business days, since they are made to order. Some orders will take more time if I need to order a specific size or color.
We offer standard shipping, which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
Lina Del Plato Designs accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple or Google Pay in ordering in person.
At this point, due to regulations in Europe, we do not offer international shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Once I start designing and/or making the item, no refunds or exchanges can be made.
- Non-custom orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the order.
- All returns must be new and unworn.
- Non-Custom Orders Returns will be issued for items damaged in transit to you that were ordered onsite and mailed to you. You can also return or exchange for wrong product or wrong size.
- To initiate an exchange or return of a non-custom order within 14 days of your order, please contact us at info@linadelplatodesigns.com explaining the reason why you need or want an exchange or return. If an exchange is agreed upon, exchange will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days based on product availability. If a refund is granted, refund will be issued to same form of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
